Blood cancer is not a topic that most of us discuss or think about everyday. However, odds are, you know someone who has been affected by it.
Every year that I attend Taste of Hope, I am reminded how precious our lives are. I am so honored to be apart of an event that is fighting for a solution to a problem that seems almost impossible to fight alone. These amazing group of individuals are here to remind you and everyone else, that you don’t have to fight it alone.
A background on what Taste of Hope is founded on:
Lindsay’s parents fought tirelessly alongside Lindsay (Wenzel) Lopez, a 32-year-old wife and mother, who lost her 14-month battle against Leukemia on November 22, 2010. Now, her parents have found a way to raise funds to support local patient services and research for anyone who is fighting blood cancers.
A huge thanks to the individuals that put their time and talents into creating this beautiful and successful event.
